STRONG45 - Pre-Challenge Workouts

Because you registered early for STRONG45 which starts on Monday July 29th, we wanted to do something special for you - and that is to set up a Daily Workout that you can do this week to get prepared for STRONG45!


Each day, this page will be updated between 4-6PM PST with a new workout for you (we will post daily workouts here from July 22nd-26th)


For all exercises, choose a weight that will be challenging for YOU! Remember, the key to all your strength workouts is to get STRONGER!


FULL BODY BURNER 


 Remember to choose a weight that is challenging for YOU for each exercise! 


 Dumbbell Overhead Press into Front Squats 

3 sets x 15 reps each (rest only when needed) 


 Dumbbell Bent Over Row into Pushups 

3 sets x 15 reps (rest only when needed) 


 Pull-Ups (or Bodyweight Rows) into Squat Thrusters 

3 sets x burnout on pull-ups and 15 reps (rest only when needed)
