Each day, this page will be updated between 4-6PM PST with a new workout for you (we will post daily workouts here from July 22nd-26th)
For all exercises, choose a weight that will be challenging for YOU! Remember, the key to all your strength workouts is to get STRONGER!

Dumbbell Overhead Press into Front Squats
3 sets x 15 reps each (rest only when needed)
Dumbbell Bent Over Row into Pushups
3 sets x 15 reps (rest only when needed)
Pull-Ups (or Bodyweight Rows) into Squat Thrusters
3 sets x burnout on pull-ups and 15 reps (rest only when needed)
